The apartment is situated in the east of Cannes, 5 minutes walk from the beaches and Boulevard de la Croisette (see map). It is the 1^st floor of a well located two story villa surrounded by its own garden. The quarter is quiet and close to local amenities and shops. Nice Cotes d'Azur International Airport 15 mins drive.

The Apartment:
With a floor area of approximately 100 m², it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two twin bedrooms (an additional bed for a baby or small child can be arranged), a sitting room (with a sofa bed suitable for 2 persons). It is equipped with a television, washing machine, and all necessary linen. Sleeps up to six adults + cot.

A garage is available for a small car (narrow entrance), and there is ample off-road parking.

The Rent:
Price 450 to 900 euros per week dependent on season (Saturday to Saturday).

A deposit of 25% is required to guarantee the booking.

A security cheque for 100 € is required on arrival and returned on departure.
